Who agrees
The sponsorship agreement is between the creator identified on the campaign and the sponsor placing the bid. The creator agrees to display the winning artwork in the selected space for the stated event and period. The sponsor confirms permission to use the uploaded artwork and to show it publicly while it leads.
Bids and payment
Bids are accepted automatically, subject to the creator rejecting an unsuitable sponsor before closing. The creator may close bidding early. You authorize adletix to charge your saved card if you win. Saving a card or placing a bid does not charge or hold funds. Additional bank authentication may be required. Your bid and checkout show the applicable fee. For new auctions, sponsors pay the winning bid plus a 2.5% platform fee; creators pay a separate 2.5% platform fee deducted from their proceeds. Both fees use the bid amount and are rounded to currency cents. Sponsors pay no additional processing surcharge. Actual Stripe payment-processing costs reduce creator proceeds as a separate line item. Adletix pays the platform’s Connect and standard bank-payout costs. Processing costs may remain after a refund. Previously accepted bids retain their recorded fee terms.
Creator proceeds
By accepting creator payout terms, you commit to performing the sponsorship. A routine proof upload is not required for payout eligibility. Confirmed payment, Stripe account eligibility, processing availability, refunds and disputes still apply. A pending bid is not a balance. A platform transfer and a bank payout are separate steps.
Platform responsibilities
adletix facilitates the transaction through Stripe and does not guarantee either party’s performance. This is not an escrow service. Nothing here removes responsibilities imposed by law, payment network rules or Stripe’s agreements, or waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
