Privacy policy
Gedcom AI LLC operates adletix. This policy explains the information used to run accounts, body-model campaigns, sponsorship bidding and payments.
Information you provide
We receive your name, email address and identity-provider account identifier when you sign in with Google or Apple. Apple may provide a private relay email address. We store account and session records; we do not receive your Google or Apple password.
Creators provide campaign descriptions, event dates and location, public names, social links, photos, generated models, placement choices and optional background images. Sponsors provide their display or business name, website, artwork, bids and payment authorization. We keep related payment status, transaction references, agreements, refunds, transfers and support correspondence.
Stripe collects card, bank, identity and tax information in its hosted forms. Adletix stores provider identifiers, payment status and limited card information such as brand and last four digits for account management. Do not send full card details, passwords or identity documents in support messages or screenshots.
Support reports
When you contact us through the workspace, we store your account reference, contact email, message and any screenshot privately. We use these records to investigate your issue and follow up with you. Support screenshots are not published on campaign pages.
Camera capture and generated models
The browser asks for camera permission before capture. MediaPipe analyzes frames on your device to give body-position guidance. Camera guidance is not identity verification or a medical measurement. Approving and uploading a photo sends the selected image to private storage; requesting model generation provides the image to Tripo to create a model.
Source photos are not displayed on public campaign pages. Models and other media approved for publication are delivered to visitors so they can view the campaign. A full-body image or model can reveal appearance and other sensitive characteristics; only upload an image you are comfortable using for this purpose. AI output may be inaccurate. We do not use body landmarks as an account authentication mechanism.
What becomes public
Publishing makes the campaign’s chosen public name, event information, description, links, model, placements and approved images available to visitors. Leading and winning sponsor names, artwork, links and amounts may appear publicly, along with aggregate online views and clicks. Payment method details, private source photos and bank information are not part of the public page.
Public pages may remain available after an event ends. You can change publication settings in your workspace, subject to existing sponsorship obligations. Unpublishing stops normal public access through Adletix; it cannot remove screenshots, downloads or copies already made by visitors or third-party services.
Activity, cookies and analytics
We use session cookies to keep you signed in and browser storage for product preferences and anonymous campaign activity identifiers. Infrastructure providers process technical request information to deliver and secure the service.
Adletix measures campaign visits, sponsor views, placement interactions, outbound-link clicks and sharing actions. Our application sends scoped, pseudonymous activity identifiers and campaign or placement references to PostHog. These events are designed to exclude raw photos, model URLs, email addresses, card details and visitor IP addresses. Identity-profile creation and geolocation enrichment are disabled in these event payloads. Public counters show aggregate activity, not a list of individual visitors.
Online metrics do not measure people seeing a logo at a physical event. Browser privacy settings or blockers can affect measurement. Blocking essential session storage can prevent sign-in. We do not sell personal information or operate targeted-advertising profiles for sale to advertisers.
How and why we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts; save and generate models; publish campaigns; process bids, payments and refunds; deliver paid artwork and financial records; measure sponsorship activity; prevent abuse; diagnose failures; resolve disputes; and comply with law. We send essential bid, payment and account-security communications where needed. Creating an account does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these purposes rely on performing the service you requested, complying with legal obligations, protecting legitimate service and security interests, or consent where required. Camera permission and approval of an upload are separate from publication of a campaign.
Service providers and disclosures
- Vercel hosts the application, and Neon stores account, campaign and transaction records.
- Cloudflare supplies private object storage and infrastructure used to process background work.
- Tripo processes approved images for 3D generation. Google and Apple provide sign-in.
- Stripe handles payment, connected-account verification and payout services under its own applicable terms and privacy policy.
- Resend delivers essential emails. PostHog processes product and sponsorship activity. Error-monitoring services may receive sanitized technical diagnostics when enabled.
We share information as needed to operate these services, carry out your instructions or meet legal obligations. Sponsors and creators receive the transaction information needed to perform their agreement. We may disclose records to address fraud, protect legal rights, respond to valid legal requests or support a business transfer with appropriate protections. Providers can process data in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Retention, security and your choices
We retain account and campaign data while needed to provide the service and complete outstanding obligations. Financial, consent, security and dispute records may need to be retained after account closure for accounting, legal compliance and fraud prevention. Backups and provider retention can delay final deletion. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup when a page is unpublished.
We use access controls, private storage and server-side authorization to restrict data access. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your identity-provider account and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
You can edit public information and manage publication in the workspace. To request access, correction, a copy of your data or deletion, email hello@adletix.app. We may verify your identity before acting and explain any information that must be retained. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent or complain to a privacy regulator. Exercising a lawful privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
Age, changes and contact
Adletix is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not create an account or submit a child’s body image. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was submitted.
We will update this policy as our practices change and identify the revised date. Material changes will be communicated where required. For privacy questions, contact Gedcom AI LLC at 1365 S Millstream Dr, Nampa, ID 83686, United States or hello@adletix.app.
