Terms of service
These terms govern the adletix platform operated by Gedcom AI LLC. Read them before creating a campaign, placing a bid or accepting a payout.
1. The platform and your agreement
Adletix helps creators offer advertising placements on their public campaign pages and at real events. Sponsors bid for those placements. The creator supplies the sponsorship service; the sponsor purchases it. Their placement, artwork, event details and the sponsorship agreement define that transaction. Adletix supplies the platform and facilitates payments through Stripe; it is not the event organizer, a bank, an escrow service or an insurer.
By accepting these terms or using the platform, you agree to them. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. Do not use Adletix where its services or the proposed sponsorship are unlawful. Payment and payout availability depends on supported countries, currencies and Stripe requirements.
2. Accounts and accurate information
Sign in with a supported identity provider. Keep your identity-provider account secure and provide accurate contact, campaign and sponsor information. You are responsible for activity you authorize and must report unauthorized access promptly. Do not impersonate another person, bypass limits, create misleading accounts or share access to evade restrictions.
We may request information needed for safety, payment compliance or legal obligations. Stripe collects identity, bank and tax information through its own secure flows. Eligibility to create a page does not guarantee eligibility to receive payments.
3. Creator responsibilities
Only upload a photo or model of yourself or a person whose informed permission you have and whose participation is lawful. Review generated models and placement positions before publishing; generation can be inaccurate and may take time or fail. Generation allowances and any offered charges are shown before submission. A generated model is a visual preview, not a body measurement or medical assessment.
Describe the event, dates, placement size, display medium and sponsorship obligations accurately. Obtain event-organizer permissions and comply with clothing, advertising and safety rules. Do not offer a placement you cannot deliver. Tell affected sponsors and contact support promptly if an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed. Do not remove promised advertising merely because you received payment. Creators arrange and pay for printing or application unless a separate service is explicitly offered.
4. Sponsor responsibilities and artwork
You must own or have permission to use submitted names, logos, images and links. Artwork must fit the purchased placement, comply with law and avoid deceptive claims. Creators may reject unsuitable sponsors before bidding closes. Do not bid on your own campaign, manipulate prices, coordinate sham bids or submit bids without the intention and ability to pay.
A leading sponsor’s artwork may appear on the public model before payment. It can be replaced when outbid. This does not mean funds have been collected or that the sponsor has won. Once awarded, do not materially change the agreed artwork or deliverables without the creator’s agreement.
5. Bidding, card authorization and closing
Review the amount, increment, placement and closing time before submitting. Accepted bids are commitments to pay if awarded. Saving a payment method or bidding does not charge the card or reserve funds. You authorize Stripe, acting on Adletix’s payment instructions, to save your payment method and charge the accepted bid total after closing, including the sponsor fees disclosed before your bid, when you are offline. Your bank may require further authentication.
The creator can close bidding early where the interface offers that option. The recorded eligible highest bid at closing determines the award under the platform’s auction rules. Being shown as leading is not a guarantee of winning. Contact support immediately about an accidental or unauthorized bid; withdrawal is not guaranteed. If payment fails, use the recovery instructions. We may suspend an unpaid award, prevent further bids or cancel the transaction after review; repeated failed attempts do not authorize a second charge for the same obligation.
6. Platform fees, processing costs and creator payments
New auctions charge a 2.5% sponsor platform fee on top of the winning bid and deduct a 2.5% creator platform fee from the creator’s proceeds. Both percentages use the bid amount. The sponsor sees the bid, sponsor fee and total before submitting. A fee is charged only on a collected winning payment, not for saving a card or placing a losing bid. Fees are rounded to whole currency cents. Existing accepted bids keep their recorded fee terms; a new fee policy does not retroactively change an earlier bid.
Stripe processing costs are separate from Adletix’s platform fees. Sponsors are not charged an additional payment-processing surcharge. Stripe’s actual payment-processing costs reduce creator proceeds and appear separately in the creator statement. Final creator net is not shown until the actual processing cost has been confirmed. Adletix pays the platform’s Connect and standard bank-payout costs without an additional deduction from creator proceeds. Your bank may charge its own fees. Payment processing and bank payouts are different services.
A bid is not a balance. Collected money, a transfer to a connected Stripe account and a payout from Stripe to a bank are different states. Payout timing depends on collection, account verification, available funds and Stripe’s rules. Routine proof of performance is not required for payout eligibility, but records may be requested to investigate a complaint, chargeback or legal issue. We may pause a disputed or suspicious payment while it is reviewed. Stripe’s applicable agreements also govern its services.
7. Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Contact hello@adletix.app with the campaign, placement and transaction reference if the event is cancelled, advertising cannot be supplied, a charge is unauthorized or the delivered service materially differs from what was agreed. Explain the issue and provide relevant evidence. Do not email card numbers, passwords or government identification.
We review the agreed service, any performance already delivered, the parties’ information and applicable law. A cancellation or complaint does not itself record a completed refund. Approved refunds return through the original payment route where possible, and banking delays may apply. Partial refunds reduce the platform fee proportionally; a full refund removes the platform fee for that transaction. Creator proceeds are adjusted accordingly. Previously transferred funds may need to be reversed or recovered. Your statutory rights and right to dispute a charge with your bank remain intact; do not seek duplicate recovery.
8. Content, conduct and licenses
You retain rights in your content. You grant Adletix a nonexclusive license to store, process, generate necessary model derivatives, display and distribute that content to operate the campaign and purchased sponsorship. Sponsors permit the creator to reproduce their approved artwork for the agreed display. These permissions do not transfer ownership or allow unrelated endorsements.
Do not upload illegal, infringing, exploitative, hateful or deceptive content; use another person’s likeness without permission; harass users; distribute malicious files; scrape private data; or circumvent security and usage limits. We may remove content, reject a transaction or suspend access for violations, fraud, security issues or legal requirements. Contact support about infringement and identify the content and your rights.
9. Metrics and service limits
Views and clicks describe measured online activity, may include repeated interactions and can be affected by blocking, network failures, abuse filtering or delayed reporting. They are not verified unique people, guaranteed audience reach, sales results or measurements of physical event attendance. Adletix does not guarantee sponsor return on investment, a creator’s earnings, uninterrupted access or the accuracy of AI-generated models.
Public campaigns can remain accessible after bidding and the event end so participants can view their records. Public information can be copied by visitors or cached by third parties. Model-generation, campaign and storage limits may apply as disclosed in the product.
10. Taxes and records
Each party is responsible for its own tax obligations. Advertising receipts and earnings statements describe recorded transactions; they are not tax advice, charitable donation receipts or guarantees of deductibility. Adletix may collect required tax information, make legally required reports or withhold amounts when required by law. A business’s receipts, expenses and taxable income are not necessarily the same amount. Contact your tax adviser about your circumstances.
11. Liability and ending access
The creator remains responsible for supplying the sponsorship and the sponsor for lawful artwork and payment. Adletix does not guarantee either party’s performance. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is supplied as available without implied warranties, and Adletix is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the platform. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct or liability and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not remove Adletix’s payment-processor or statutory responsibilities.
You can stop using Adletix and request account closure. Existing payment obligations, agreed sponsorships, refunds, disputes, required records and content licenses needed to complete them survive closure. We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect the service or comply with law, and will explain the reason where lawful and practical.
12. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms and will identify the updated date. Material changes will be communicated in the product or through an appropriate account notice before they apply where required. Changes do not retroactively alter an already accepted bid’s price or fee. Idaho law governs these terms, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact us first to try to resolve a concern; this clause does not require arbitration or waive statutory remedies.
